Overview
An annual family getaway designed to delight everyone from the youngest cousins to the grandparents: fun, sunshine, and a touch of luxury, with room to slow down and reconnect before the school year began. Dubai offered the perfect mix of family-friendly attractions, world-class hospitality, and endless entertainment.
The Challenge
Ten travelers across three generations, each with different needs, interests, and energy levels. Activities had to work for all ages, logistics had to stay seamless across transfers, dining, and excursions, and the pacing had to balance adventure for the kids with genuine downtime for the adults.
The Approach
A discovery questionnaire mapped each traveler's style: waterparks and animals for the kids, fine dining and downtime for the adults. The itinerary was built around three modes, Play, Explore, and Unwind, pacing high-energy and slower days. Private transport with child seats, reservations for every palate, goodie bags for the kids, spa vouchers for the adults, a surprise desert dinner for everyone, and a private concierge chat kept the whole family in sync.
The Itinerary
Arrive & Discover
Easy exploration: Dubai Mall and the indoor aquarium, The Frame observation deck, Old Dubai and the souks, and skyline dinners for the whole group.
Desert & Abu Dhabi
Morning desert safari and camel rides, a starlit camp dinner in the dunes, beach relaxation, and a cultural day trip to Abu Dhabi.
Waterpark & Farewell
Atlantis Aquaventure for the kids, a final afternoon at leisure, and a farewell dinner at Pierchic over the water.
The Outcome
Ten travelers, three generations, one destination, seamlessly coordinated and joyfully experienced. Days ranged from Dubai Mall, The Frame, and the Aquarium to desert safaris, Abu Dhabi, and Atlantis Aquaventure, closing with a farewell dinner at Pierchic.
