The Challenge
Cairo rewards those with the right access and punishes those without it: crowds, heat, and logistics can overwhelm a first-time visitor. The trip had to feel effortless and celebratory, with private guiding, the right timing at every site, and a birthday moment that lived up to the setting.
The Approach
A private Egyptologist guide led every site, with early-access mornings before the crowds and shaded downtime through the midday heat. A Nile-view base anchored the stay, private transport handled the city, and the birthday itself was built around a felucca sunset sail and a rooftop dinner overlooking the illuminated skyline.
