1. let's get to know you
We need to learn more about your travel preferences so we can better assist you. You can fill this short questionnaire. At the end it will prompt you to book a free online consultation where you will speak with one of our consultants and explore your travel needs.
2. let's us do our magic
Following your initial call, we will send you an invoice for a down payment of 95 euros, which covers our research costs. Once payment is confirmed, we will get to work creating the first version of your itinerary. This is where the fun begins! We want to make sure your plans are customized to your liking, so you will have the opportunity to provide feedback and tailor the plan.
3. let's make it official
Now that everything is aligned and we just need a little time to finalize your itinerary and book all the amazing experiences you’ve chosen. You’ll receive a detailed invoice shortly that includes all the financial details of your bookings and our booking fee of $30 per day.
4. let's pack
Once we receive your payment, we’ll quickly send over the finalized version of your travel plan. It has everything you’ll need to make your trip unforgettable! You’re almost there, just sit back, relax and travel beyond imagination.
