The Approach
Hôtel Madame Rêve was selected for its design character, rooftop access, and authentic Parisian atmosphere. Room allocations were confirmed by name, personalised welcome cards were placed in each room, and CDG transport was arranged. PYNKIWI was on-site throughout, managing the board meeting at Le ROOF and the group dinner at ONYX Restaurant.

Arrival
Individual transfers from CDG, check-in at Hôtel Madame Rêve with a personalised welcome card in each room, and Paris at leisure.
